Humana offers an incentive travel package to top-performing sales reps who meet the criteria of “Leader’s Club” status. Approximately 135 sales reps reached this achievement and participated in the trip. As a special, commemorative gift to help the sales rep remember their vacation long after it ends, (and to encourage the rep to strive to win the incentive trip again the following year) Blue Fuel Marketing helped create custom framed artwork of hand-painted miniature watercolor images of the Ritz Carlton Resort and other key landmarks in San Diego, California, where their trip was held. Humana executives reported this was by far the most unique, sophisticated custom gift they have ever given out and received endless compliments from the recipients. After seeing the framed artwork, the Ritz Carlton Resort contacted Blue Fuel Marketing and ordered their own custom paintings.
